Today we went to Paws at the Castle, at Hever Castle, Kent. A really great event with so many dogs – there were all types of dogs everywhere!
I entered Flossie into the Perfect Puppy competition and she won Second Prize!
Just past Adinkerke, there is a town named De Panne, it’s about 45 minutes drive from Calais and there we found a restaurant called 5 voor Twaalf, which means 5 to 12. They have outside seating areas to the front and the back, on the front you can watch the trams and bikes go past. It’s easy to park and Puppies and big dogs are made very welcome here and the food is excellent – particularly the Gambas!
There’s a lovely restaurant in Folkestone , with THE best chocolate cake, and they bring little dogs a nice water bowl on hot days – Blooms @the1/4 – their ladies are very kind to little poodles.
Flossie went to watch Rudy Warman and the Heavy Weather at the Folkestone Mermaid Festival today. She was a bit apprehensive at first but soon got into the swing of things and after the gig Rudy came and said hello! Hear Rudy’s music here http://rudywarman.bandcamp.com/
Sunny Sunday in the town of Rye, Flossie was amazed to meet this beautiful Labradoodle who was very kind and patient with her puppyness.
A very exciting day today, I went to get my fur trimmed at the Pet Spa in Folkestone – looks nice hey? and then we made a facebook page
